Giving the Best Gift

January 2nd, 2014 • Posted by Lavender Spa • Permalink

Is it just us, or do you feel like you're constantly on the lookout for the 'perfect' gift? Between holidays, birthdays and other celebrations, there always seems to be someone we're hoping to awe with our gift-giving abilities.

Here's a thought: If you truly want to give someone you care about a personal gift, a present they know you put some thought into, consider a spa experience. There's something for everyone.

For your always-on-the-go-no-time-to-stop friends, consider a manicure or pedicure. Better yet, give your friends a gift certificate for both. Let's face it, there is no way for them to receive a hand and foot makeover unless they slow down long enough for the treatment. The best part is that every time they look down at their hands and feet, they are going to remember how much you care about them.

A massage is perfect for anyone who puts the needs of others before their own. From the moment your friend stops in and visits us, they will know that they're special. Depending upon their needs, there are a myriad of massage types to choose from. The great thing about the gift of massage is that it feels a lot like a warm hug, and who wouldn't appreciate that?

If the gift recipient has been going through a tough time and the stress is beginning to show, consider a facial from our well-trained aesthetician. Few things feel more decadent - or leave a face with a fresher glow - than a deep cleansing, blood-stimulating facial. At the end of their appointment you can even surprise them with a small basket of professional cleansing and moisturizing products personally chosen for their skin type by our aesthetician.

Let's face it, you can buy another sweater or coffee mug filled with sweets, but it's tougher to personalize those gifts specifically to the recipient's needs. We may be prejudice, but we're confident that the gift of a spa experience trumps anything they can unwrap.
